SNOW! We got snow here in the Antelope Valley! Of course it isn't the first time, but it is a rare occurrance. It started snowing while we were at church yesterday morning and snowed off and on during the afternoon and evening, and was still snowing when we went to bed. When I got up this morning I measured it. As you can see, we got 3 1/2 inches. And no, I didn't make a snowman.
This picture of our driveway was taken last night...it gave me a
peaceful, calm feeling - perfect for a Sunday evening.
white trees. We don't see this very often around here.

Anyone want to go for a swim?
Of course, when it snows around here things come to a halt. Church was cancelled yesterday in Leona Valley (just over the hill from us) and school and seminary was cancelled for today.
I'm sure that the kids (and teachers) are thrilled to have an extra day of Christmas vacation.
